Veterans Asked to Give Voice to Political Issues
Veterans Asked to Give Voice to Political Issues
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) October 24, 2011
DisabledVeterans.org announced today that it will conduct a survey on where veterans stand on political issues in relation to their status as veterans. The intention of the survey is to collect a geographically diverse sampling of stances in the veteran’s community. DisabledVeterans.org will release a report to share the results on Veteran’s Day 2011.
The survey is currently available for veterans to complete at: http://www.disabledveterans.org/guides/veterans-survey/
“As a disabled veteran, I have always had anecdotal evidence about where the veteran community stands on political issues,” says Benjamin Krause, founder of DisabledVeterans.org. “However, having a complete picture using statistical models will help me be a better advocate and journalist on these issues in the future.”
Krause continued, “I have been working on behalf of disabled veterans for close to a decade. This survey will be the foundation on which I can build a better program to hold political and government officials accountable to the veteran community at large.”
